Luncheon keynote speaker
The luncheon keynote speaker is Diversity Administrator for the City of Glendale Don Logan. Don Logan is a Civil Rights Pioneer and he is a Scottsdale mail-bombing survivor. There is no cost for paid conference attendees. If not attending the conference and you would like to attend the luncheon, the cost is $30.00 . The luncheon will take place on April 22, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. You can purchase your tickets online.

Award Banquet keynote speaker
Awards Banquet Keynote Director Bernard K. Melekian, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services U.S. Department of Justice. The Awards Banquet will take place April 23, 2010. The social time begins at 6:00 pm. The formal awards banquet begins at 6:30 pm and will end at 8:00 PM. Business attire is the preferred dress code. The cost for the banquet is $50.00.
